Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

At SRIAA, we are happy to process order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel before shipment.

Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy. Within 15 days after delivery, you may submit a return request by contacting our support team at info@sriaastore.com

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and with the original packaging. Customised or special orders are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged product, please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Return Fees

If the return is initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/colour ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, defective product, or wrong order shipped), SRIAA will cover the return shipping expenses.

No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: Credited back to your original payment method.

PayPal: typically within 24–48 hours

Credit/Debit Cards: typically within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

Rejected refunds: We will provide the reason and, if possible, offer an alternative solution.
